Description

When it comes to knee health, random or generalized exercises rarely deliver lasting results. The Knee App takes a different approach — each program is designed around the specific muscle imbalances and movement patterns associated with your pain location.

Knee pain at different locations can often be driven by different movement patterns. For example, outer knee pain is often linked to inward hip rotation paired with outward lower leg rotation, causing some muscles to become overactive while others weaken. By pinpointing where it hurts, The Knee App identifies the patterns likely contributing to the issue and provides programs to address them.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick the program that matches your pain location. Each program uses a strategic, reverse-engineered approach:

Phase 1 — Foam rolling to calm overactive muscles, followed by targeted stretching to restore flexibility in tight areas. These aren't random stretches — each one addresses a specific imbalance linked to your pain location.

Phase 2 — Strength exercises that activate weakened muscles and reinforce healthy movement patterns. You'll build the stability needed to stay active and prevent re-injury.

Phase 3 (coming soon) — Equipment-based exercises for users ready to progress to higher-level training. Alternative exercises will always be available if you don't have equipment yet.
