WORKOUT FIXES
• Cardio / timed exercises now center the time value, and personal records for holds (plank, dead hang) are detected correctly — longer is now better
• Dropsets are labeled separately from regular sets
• Warmup sets no longer throw off your working-set numbering

SUPERSETS
• Fixed the Create Superset screen breaking when you had lots of exercises
• Create several supersets in a row without reopening the screen

REMINDERS
• Fixed the "finish your workout" reminder not firing on iOS after ~20 minutes of inactivity

MORE
• The weekly PR card now only appears when you've actually hit a PR this week
• Cleaner "last trained" wording for muscles you haven't hit in a while
• More reliable workout resume after leaving the screen
