COACH IS LEARNING NEW SKILLS
We're beginning a phased rollout of richer Coach responses. Some users will see interactive cards for exercises, workout plans, progress charts, and workout updates right inside the conversation. Exercise cards can include form demos, step-by-step instructions, and a quick path to the full exercise detail sheet. Workout plan cards can show clearer activity summaries with exercise imagery and smoother navigation into the right plan or workout.
Coach also does a better job showing what is happening while it works. You'll see clearer status updates between message updates, richer responses stay visible even when they contain only cards, and plan generation no longer blocks the rest of the app while Coach builds your workout.
MORE RESILIENT WORKOUT PLANS
Workout plans are more reliable when you're offline, reconnecting, or starting from different parts of the app. Cached plans can now power calendar views, chat cards, widgets, deep links, and session starts with better recovery when a plan changes. Future scheduled workouts can also be started when you're ready from chat cards, plan detail, and activity detail.
SMOOTHER WORKOUT TRACKING
Timed sets and rest timers now include pause and resume controls in the app, matching the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island controls. Workout completion now appears as a sheet, and the active workout view is better protected from stale sync responses, duplicate tracker pushes, and briefly showing zero sets while local changes sync.
