Nouveautés (v2.2.1)

What’s New in Version 2.2.1

Version 2.2.1 follows up on customizable warm-up sets, tightens behavior when you pause a workout, improves History → Edit workout, and polishes Premium / trial messaging so upgrade paths stay clear.

Warm-Up Sets (Premium)
• Deload week: New option to show or hide the bar-only warm-up during deload (week 4). It appears when Display warm-up sets is on, and your choice persists across launches.
• Reset to defaults now resets only the warm-up list (percentages / reps). It does not turn off warm-ups altogether or undo your deload preference—those stay independent so “reset” stays predictable.

Paused Workouts
• Fixed behavior where returning to a paused session after changing warm-up settings could duplicate warm-up rows. Paused workouts now respect what you already started.
• While paused, if you change plate inventory, training max percentages, or values tied to your 1RMs, incomplete sets pick up updated target weights when you resume; completed sets stay as logged. Tweaking warm-up options alone won’t reshuffle weights mid-session unless those other inputs changed.

History → Edit Workout
• Reps use + / − steppers—same idea as the live workout screen—for faster edits.
• Labels distinguish Main (AMRAP) vs BBB sets more clearly when you’re reviewing imported or edited workouts.

Premium & Trial
• Settings → Premium Features stays visible after the trial ends until you purchase Premium or are grandfathered, so you always have a straightforward upgrade path.
• About, Upgrade to Premium, and trial / trial-ended messaging now line up on feature names (including Warm-up Sets, Import/Export, progressions, plate tools, etc.), so what you read in Settings matches what trials and dialogs describe.

Release Highlights (In-App)
• The What’s New sheet appears when you move forward to a new marketing version (for example 2.2.0 → 2.2.1), shows your actual installed version from the app, and still avoids popping on fresh installs or build-only updates where only the build number changed.

Thank you for training with Forge 531—as always, lift smart and recover harder.
