They’re not therapists, but they’re pros at listening, helping you sort through your thoughts, and sharing tools that make life feel more manageable.

Your privacy and choices:
- Private conversations: Your chats are private, and we work hard to keep them that way. If we think you may be in immediate danger, we may share limited information to help keep you safe.
- Your choice to participate: Using Sonar is completely up to you. There’s no participation grade and no penalty if you don’t feel like talking.
- You can stop anytime: If you try it and decide “nah,” just type “stop” or log out. You are always in control.
