Honors Co helps you discover and use your God-given S.H.A.P.E. to help the people closest to you. Our biblically-grounded AI examines your unique personality mix (Enneagram, 16 Personalities, DISC, spiritual gifts, top five strengths, and more) combining behavioral science and psychology with Scripture to give you clarity and confidence for your calling as you steward life’s increasing demands.

Accountability — “We don’t drift in good directions. We discipline and prioritize ourselves there.” - Andy Stanley

Complete monthly check-ins for your mentor(s) and small groups, scoring your Targets to reveal highs and lows (ie: Walk with God, Closeness in Marriage, Personal Finances, etc). Then, share your results with your mentor(s) and small groups for encouragement, accountability, and honest feedback.

Mentorship — “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” - Proverbs 27:17

Start by connecting with a mentor or small group with our unique invite codes and QR codes. Then collaborate monthly around your gifts and abilities, discuss the highs and lows from your most recent Check-In, and use the Honors Journal as a long-term guide for discipleship. Build a Dream Team of personal advisors, people who will hold you accountable and push you to grow.

For Mentors — Get a unique mentor invite code under an already registered Organization, or Add your Organization to include your brand. Use the Honors Co app and the Honors Journal (purchased separately) for your mentorship to help the people you’re leading discover personal insights and growth areas, and use our monthly check-in process to help you drive every one-on-one with clarity and intention.

For Families & Small Groups — View each other’s profiles to see how each person is uniquely wired, compare your SHAPE to one another with our AI Insights tool, and stay connected on how everyone is really doing across all areas of life with Check-Ins.

For Organizations — Build a mentor network, preset shared Targets, create small groups, and assign group leaders to create a branded experience that scales discipleship across your entire community.
