You can use those patterns as a conversation starter in therapy or appointments. What’s been improving, what’s been tougher lately, and what might be playing a role. This can help your clinician or therapist support you in a more personalised way.

ABOUT ANTICIPATE

If you start feeling better for a while, then suddenly slip back into the same low place, even after therapy or treatment, you’re not alone. A lot of people go through that. Real life doesn’t always follow the plan.

Anticipate helps you see your mental health more clearly, at a glance. It brings your patterns forward so you can spot them sooner, and use that clarity to get more personalised support from healthcare professionals.

This isn’t about giving you more tracking to do. Anticipate is built for the days you’re doing okay and the days you’re not. We try to take on as much of the “tracking chores” as possible. Your data is analysed automatically, your days get labelled, and trends are summarised in small, easy snippets.

IS MY DATA SAFE WITH ANTICIPATE?

Anticipate is built for sensitive data. Private by design.

• No ads.
• No email sign-up needed.
• Add Face ID, so only you can open the app.
• Your health and journal data stays on your device.
• We use models with a zero data-retention policy.
• You can delete or disable data anytime in Settings.

Most of Anticipate is Free, but with Premium you also get:
