The Do Better Running app is the first of its kind built to help you move better, run stronger, and stay injury-free—based on how you run.
Most running apps track distance and pace. This one fixes the root cause of your pain, plateaus, or poor mechanics.

Through a personalized 3-month program based on your unique running form, the app guides you through weekly workouts focused on:

Strength and mobility routines tailored to your running style
Cadence-focused runs with Spotify playlist integration
Running drills and plyometrics to improve efficiency
Progress tracking and movement education to reinforce long-term results

After your 3-month avatar program (Overstrider, Collapser, Weaver, Bouncer, or Glute Amnesiac), you’ll move into a maintenance phase—designed to help you stay strong, consistent, and pain-free for the long run.
