Then Kygo Health pulls in your biometric data from the devices you already own whether it's Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP and starts looking for patterns. Real correlations between specific foods and how your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and recovery actually change.
