PHI Rice Solution by PHI Co., Ltd is an advanced digital ecosystem for rice quality inspection and data management.
The system integrates IoT connectivity, AI-based image analysis, and mobile–web synchronization to deliver real-time, accurate results — even in offline environments.

Using Canon LiDE 400 scanners and Mini PCs, rice grains are scanned at 600 DPI A4 resolution and analyzed instantly for parameters such as head rice, broken ratio, color, chalkiness, and whiteness index.
