How it Works
* Battery-Optimized Syncing — To balance peak performance with battery efficiency, the watch face complication refreshes automatically 1–2 times per hour. To see your live, up-to-the-second progress, simply tap the complication to open the app.
* Fair Comparisons — Monthly and yearly changes are based on the same time periods. (E.g. if today is Sept 15, it compares Sept 1–15 with Aug 1–15 for monthly statistics.)
* Step Goals Made Realistic — One rest day per week is permitted when calculating your step streaks.
* Year in Review Availability – Your Year in Review unlocks on December 1st each year, and updates automatically with the final numbers on December 31st.
* Evolving Design — The visual theme of your Year in Review, such as the background artwork, will change each year for a fresh experience.
