Selah: Pause Before You Scroll

Selah helps you turn moments of distraction into moments with Jesus. Instead of moving from one app to the next without thinking, Selah invites you to pause and refocus your sights on Christ. Before opening selected apps, you’ll spend 15–60 seconds reading Scripture, praying, or remembering God’s truth—simple rhythms that draw your attention back to Him throughout the day.

Selah also encourages prayer for the nations. Each day, you’ll learn about an unreached people group with little or no access to the gospel, along with focused prayer points that guide your intercession. (People group information and prayer prompts are provided through the Joshua Project API.) These daily pauses help shape a deeper love for God and His global mission.

You can also create personal prayers and save meaningful verses, allowing Selah to become a gentle reminder to pray for specific people, needs, and situations whenever a locked app prompts you to pause.
