Emoke is a calm little mood journal built around a simple paper-roll ritual. Instead of facing a blank page, you tap, pick a mood sticker, write a few words, let your feelings settle into a tiny “mood roll”, and then gently light it on screen with a short mindful breathing cue to help ease your emotions.
