Description
TALIA is a private menopause app built to make sense of menopause by tracking and connecting symptoms, treatments and time.
The app brings everything together — so you can see what’s happening, what’s changing, and what’s working. Whether you’re figuring things out, adjusting HRT, or preparing for a doctor’s appointment, you have a clear record you can rely on.
What TALIA helps you do:
• Keep track of how you feel. Log symptoms by severity and build a clear picture of what’s changing over time. Including quick, discreet tracking from your Apple Watch (if you have one).
• Track your sleep. Log sleep quality, note what might have affected it how it changes over time.
• Understand what’s connected. See patterns between menopause symptoms, your cycle, sleep and triggers.
• See visual charts for your top 5 symptoms tracked against HRT (helps you and your doctor see what is working or changing).
• Have better conversations with your doctor. Download and share your personalised Doctor’s Report (https://talia-app.com/doctor-report/) and walk into appointments with clear evidence that can't be ignored.
• Add your own notes and choose to include them in your Doctor's Report if you wish.
• Track your period and monthly cycle.
• Stay consistent with HRT. Structured reminders support complex routines — including patches, gels, creams, sprays, tablets and progesterone phases.
• Track more than just HRT. Add medications and supplements — all in one place, so nothing gets missed.
• Stay on top of your supply. Keep track of what you have, when you're running low and when to reorder or renew.
• See the bigger picture. Your full history in one place — helping you make sense of change over time.
• Turn features on and off as you need them so the app is only relevant to your stage of the menopause transition.
What TALIA is not:
• A diagnostic tool
• A source of medical advice
• A telehealth platform
• A coaching programme
• A social community
• A wellness subscription
• A company that shares or sells health data
**Privacy**
You shouldn’t have to trade your privacy to understand your health.
Most tracking apps make their money from your health data. TALIA doesn't. It's paid software because the value is in the tool. Not in your data. In many menopause and health apps, you can’t use the service unless you agree to your data being collected and processed. Most women don’t realise this is the trade-off for “free” functionality.
This means that TALIA is private by design. Your data never leaves your phone — independently verified by Peak Privacy to Gold Standard.
Built with care, from lived experience — because this stage of life deserves better tools. TALIA - built to make sense of menopause and help you get back to being you.
