Stress isn’t always psychological. Your nervous system responds to sleep, caffeine, illness, sustained effort, emotions, and even excitement. Vital Sentinel is designed to stay grounded and non-alarming by recognizing context movement, cooldown, and recovery so you get fewer false alarms and more useful signals.

When patterns are consistent, it can offer quiet support for signals that resemble:
• fear-like spikes (startle or anxiety patterns)

A simple 0–100 signal reflecting how strained your system has been based on recent heart-rate data. It rises with sustained activation or sharp spikes while still, and adapts to your patterns over time rather than fixed thresholds. Sleep Mood Signals (overnight)
