Perfect Form Pilates is a fully equipped classical Pilates studio dedicated to delivering the original work of Joseph Pilates with precision, integrity, and a warm sense of community. Located in the Lake Norman area, our studio offers a comprehensive range of private, duet, and small group apparatus sessions designed to support every stage of your Pilates journey—from Foundations to Intermediate and Advanced work.

Our teachers are classically trained with extensive experience in understanding the progression of the method and its application on every piece of apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High and Low Barrels, Spine Corrector, and more.
