POGO uses a proprietary load calculation algorithm to measure the demand of every climb, every session, and your full training history. Your Readiness Score is powered by real math, not AI. It's built on the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) framework used in professional sports, calibrates to your personal climbing history over your first 10 sessions, and delivers increasingly accurate guidance for progression without overtraining.

• New XP formula rewards effort. Each attempt earns points, hard-won sends pay more, and flashes stay king at every grade.
