CT Fit App

The CT FIT smart band can track all-day activities, exercise, sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate, and can display incoming calls and messages when connected to this CT FIT mobile app.
When CT FIT is working on the phone, all the data stored in the smart band can be transferred to the app and stored in the phone.
CT FIT can display daily activity data, including steps, calories burned, and distance.
CT FIT can also display 24-hour resting heart rate, exercise heart rate, including peak heart rate, and average heart rate.
CT FIT can display sleep information, including start/end time, light sleep time, and deep sleep time.
With CT FIT, we can set daily activity goals, alarm, and snooze reminder time. All activity data recorded by the CT FIT smart band with HR can be checked in the CT FIT app.
