MOTRA is a fitness platform that rewards real work. Connect your wearable, complete a run, ride, walk, or workout, and earn Effort Points based on the intensity of your session.

MOTRA uses heart rate data to measure how hard you worked during each activity. Time spent in different heart rate zones is converted into Effort Points, giving you a clearer picture of the effort behind every session.

The harder and more consistently you train, the more you build.
