• Switch between lifts mid-set: tap the pencil on the percentage grid to swap to a different lift; selected percentages move with you to the new lift.
• Rename your lifts anywhere: long-press a lift name on the home screen, or tap the active lift in the lift picker, to give it a new name.
• Warmups are now a toggle: tap once to add the standard warmup ramp, tap again to strip them out — both on the home screen and the percentage grid.
• Tighter percentage grid: fixed a layout shift that happened when warmup tiles appeared.
• "Choose percentages" label so the grid screen is clearer at a glance.
