Activity Minutes helps you track your weekly activity goals based on widely recommended exercise guidelines: 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.

The app reads your heart rate data during workouts to calculate time spent in moderate and vigorous (120+ bpm, adjustable based on age) zones. Vigorous minutes count double toward your weekly goal as recommended by the American Heart Association.

Requires Apple Watch for heart rate data.
