SugarLog helps you cut added sugar and stay on track. Set a daily limit, log what you eat in seconds, and see your progress on a clear calendar – so you know exactly how you’re doing.

- Take control of your intake. Choose a daily sugar goal that fits you; the app suggests healthy targets and explains why they matter.
- Log with quick-add foods. Custom entries, or your own saved items. Your intake and goal are shown in grams or ounces; switch anytime in settings.
- See your progress at a glance. A simple calendar shows each day: under limit (green), over limit (red), or no data. Tap any day for details. Monthly stats show how many days you stayed under goal, so you can spot trends and stay motivated.
- Build streaks and unlock achievements. Consecutive days under your goal build a streak; the longer it runs, the more motivation to keep going. Use up to two streak freezes per month on days you skip logging so your streak stays intact. Unlock achievements as you hit milestones, from first entry to long streaks and total success days.
- Designed to fit your life. Set one or more daily reminders so you never forget to log pick the times that work for you. Choose a theme: default, dark, or other options, and whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday.
- Simple, private, and focused. No accounts required to start; your data stays on your device. The app is built around one goal: help you quit or cut sugar with a daily limit, fast logging, a clear calendar, and streaks that keep you going.
