AI THAT WORKS FOR YOU
Type "chicken caesar salad with extra dressing" or "30-minute morning run" — Loggnit Pro estimates the calories. No barcodes, no macro database, no manual entry. Body metrics personalize the math, so a sedentary office worker and a competitive cyclist get different numbers from the same meal.

Estimates lean conservative on purpose — slightly high on food, slightly low on exercise — so the math reflects reality, not flattery.

WEEKLY & MONTHLY PATTERNS
Switch the stats card to 7-day or 30-day and a line chart appears beneath your totals — one line per category, traced day by day. Tap any chip to isolate a category; tap several to compare. The Calories chip highlights every category that affects your net. On-device, instant, free.

FAST LOGGING
Tap once to start an entry. Activity, category, location, duration, notes — all in seconds. Press-and-hold +/- to scrub values. Built-in stopwatch logs everything from meetings to workouts live. Keyboard navigation flows field to field.

TYPED CATEGORIES
Fifteen defaults across body, work, mind, and connection: Food & Drink, Exercise, Lift, Deep Work, Meetings, Screen Time, Reading, Entertainment, Sleep, Socializing, Learning, Self Care, Mindfulness, Hobby, Errands. Each type surfaces the right fields — reps and weight per set for lifts, distance and floors for cardio, serving size for meals. Hide defaults you don't track; add unlimited custom categories with Pro.

APPLE HEALTH, TWO-WAY
Loggnit writes workouts and meals to Apple Health so your Activity rings stay accurate. Pull weight, height, and birth year from Health — skip the manual entry.

WIDGETS
Today's totals, current streak, and recent entries on your home screen. Lock-screen complications keep today's calories, streak, and entry count in view without unlocking. Updates the moment you log.
