Two significant updates are live in this release.

PERIODIZATION
Your program now automatically adjusts intensity over time. Harder weeks when your body is ready for them, scheduled recovery weeks before you burn out, and peak phases timed around your season. VOL manages the wave so you can focus on the work.

WEIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS
Every exercise now includes a suggested starting weight based on your experience level and goals. As you log sessions, those recommendations update to reflect your actual progress, keeping your training challenging without tipping into overload.
