WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
Most classes run about 50 minutes and follow a clear, effective structure: a short warm-up, a coach-led movement breakdown, a 35–40 minute workout, and an optional cool down for recovery and mobility. Our program is strength-forward, with endurance, power, and mobility built in so you feel strong, athletic, and capable in real life—not just in the gym.
REAL COACHING FOR ALL LEVELS
Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, our coaches meet you where you are and help you train safely and confidently. You’ll get guidance on form, movement options, and progressions so you can push yourself without feeling lost or overwhelmed. We train the “you” who shows up that day, and we’ll help you build momentum, class by class.
TRAINING TOOLS THAT KEEP IT FUN
Expect a mix of equipment and movements that keep training fresh and challenging, including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sleds, battle ropes, air bikes, sandbags, plyo boxes, SkiErg, rowing machines, and bodyweight training.
SCHEDULE + MEMBERSHIPS
Choose class times that fit your life, including early mornings, midday, evenings, and Saturdays. Membership options include annual plans, month-to-month, student membership, class packs, and drop-ins—so you can pick what works best for your schedule and goals.
