Bare Bones Kettlebell Club is the training app for kettlebell lifters who want structure, accountability, and a community that actually shows up.

BUILD YOUR WORKOUT
Pick from classic kettlebell circuits — ABC, The Wolf, The Great Destroyer, DFW, RKC Deep Six — or build your own. Run them
as timed sets, EMOM, ladders, intervals, or fixed sets. A built-in timer keeps you honest.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
Every session calculates your Iron Index (total volume moved) and Grit Score (consistency + community engagement). See your
training frequency, workout count, and progress over time — no fluff metrics.

JOIN A PACK
Get assigned to a small accountability pack. Share workouts, talk training, and keep each other in the game. Pack
leaderboards and a global leaderboard make sure effort gets noticed.

EXPLORE & DISCOVER
Browse trending circuits from the community. Find new programming ideas. Like and comment on workouts in your feed.

EARN YOUR BADGES
Unlock achievements for consistency (Week Warrior, Iron Will), training milestones (Centurion, Brutalist), and community
contribution (Pack Animal, Supporter).

BBKC is free for 14 days. After your trial, continue with a monthly ($4.99/mo) or annual ($29.99/yr) subscription. Payment
is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period. Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

- Pack feed now loads full history — no longer capped at 7 days
- Pack chat fix — original message stays visible when someone replies to it

- Iron Index Board fix — Sunday workouts were being dropped from the weekly leaderboard
