Nouveautés (v1.0.3)

Various bug fixes and improvements. Improved accessibility features:

- Scales (intensity sliders for urges and emotions): the slider now announces its label and current value, e.g. "Urge intensity, 5 of 10, adjustable." You can change the value with the standard VoiceOver gesture: focus the slider, then swipe up with one finger to increase or swipe down to decrease.
- Time selection: the custom scrolling time picker has been replaced with the native iOS time spinner whenever VoiceOver is on, so you can use the same time-picker rotor and gestures you already know from the rest of iOS.
- All the option buttons (urges, emotions, behaviors, meal types, vulnerabilities, skills, Yes/No, Save/Cancel) now properly announce their selected state, so you'll hear "Sadness, selected" instead of just "Sadness."
