GET 99 STRENGTH AND AGILITY IRL
With over 30 exercises and GymScape's position-tracking technology, get strength xp drops for doing exercises like push-ups, bicep curls, shoulder presses, squats, lunges, planks, sit ups, and more. Get agility xp drops for walking, running, jumping jacks, jump rope, high knees, mountain climbers, and more.

BUILD YOUR OWN CUSTOM WORKOUT ROUTINE THAT INCORPORATES PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
Build your workout routine with Gymscape's task manager. You can create a custom day, like a "push day" and set it to happen on Tuesdays and Fridays. Push day could include something like 50 push ups, 100 shoulder presses, and 60 lateral raises. You can set how quickly progressive overload progresses. For example, you could set "1% increase" each iteration. So instead of 100 shoulder presses, you'll do 101, 102, etc. You can also enable Task Manager notifications and set hours in which you want to be prompted to complete a daily task. For example, my daily task is 50 push ups, and I want to be prompted to do push ups from 8 AM to 5 PM. I will get push notifications every few hours telling me to do ~10 push ups until my daily task is done.

SCAN WHAT YOU EAT INTO THE GAME TO LEVEL UP COOKING AND TRACK YOUR CALORIES AND PROTEIN
Track your calorie and protein intake by taking photos or submitting via text the food/drink you have throughout each day to earn cooking xp. The healthier the food is, the more xp you get. The more consistent you are tracking your food day-to-day the higher the xp multiplier you can get.

GET THE FOOD YOU COOK IRL IN THE GAME
Have you ever cooked an extra good looking steak, plate of pasta, batch of cookies, or anything in between? Now you can get an accurate in-game item that resembles your food, with ratings like rarity, health, taste, and more. You can build a recipe/history book of the most interesting things you cook.

DO DAILY CHALLENGES WITH YOUR CLAN
Create a group with your friends which requires everyone do 50 push ups per day (this is an example, it is infinitely customizeable). You can be notified when your friends complete their daily push ups and see who is slacking.

SHARE CHALLENGES WITH YOUR FRIENDS, AND KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THEY DID IT
You just did 10 squats? You can send a challenge to a friend with up to the amount of an exercise that you did. You'll know if they did it or not, since it only counts if our motion detection software tracks it.
