• The Vitadel Readiness Score algorithm is now personalized to your recovery and sleep patterns (requires at least 10 days).
• Readiness is now also aware of your midday naps and will adapt your workout accordingly (as long as you haven't completed a run yet).
• Your running plan should now seamlessly sync to your Garmin and no longer have pace or duplication issues.
• The plan start-phase estimator is now better calibrated.
• Month-over-month and year-over-year mileage comparison calculations are now actually accurate.
• Many other improvements and far fewer bugs.
