WHAT'S INSIDE
Pregnancy program (week 5 to week 36) Every week, three sessions: strength, pilates, and yoga. Trimester-appropriate progressions. Filmed in full. You don't pick a workout, you follow the week.
Postpartum rehab series (12 weeks) Phase 1 Reconnect: breath, pelvic floor, deep core. Phase 2: gradual reload and progressive strength. Built to bring you back properly, not to "bounce" you anywhere.
Ongoing library + challenges New workouts added regularly. Pregnancy support classes (labour prep, pain management, pelvic floor and core education). Women's health physio educational content (pelvic floor awareness and recovery, C-section scar care and healing, postpartum recovery education).

Track your workouts, log your sessions, and stay on top of your progress. The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity (distance, steps, active energy, and flights) and to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout if an Apple Watch is used.
