YOUR DAILY SCORES
Every morning, Vero calculates four core scores:
Readiness (0–100): what to do today. Your daily go-or-recover signal, combining HRV, sleep, and training load against your personal baseline.
Recovery (0–100): how well you recovered overnight. Tiny changes in your overnight heart-rate rhythm reveal how thoroughly your nervous system recharged.
Sleep (0–100): your nightly recharge. Duration, deep sleep, REM, and efficiency rolled into one score that reflects how restorative your night actually was.
Strain (0–21): your cardiovascular load. Accounts for both intensity and duration across every workout and activity, so your scores reflect your real effort.
THE WHY BEHIND EVERY DIP
When your HRV drops, Vero connects it to the cause: yesterday's hard workout, last night's short sleep, or a pattern it's been watching all week. You stop guessing why your recovery moved and start seeing the patterns that actually drive it.
BUILT AROUND YOU
On Day 1, Vero pulls in up to 90 days of your existing watch data to build your personal baselines, so your scores are accurate from the start, not after weeks of waiting. From there, your baselines keep refining as you train, sleep, and recover. Vero doesn't compare you to population averages. It compares you to you.
ACTIVITY INTELLIGENCE
Each sport gets its own page with metrics that actually matter for that modality:
Running: pace, grade-adjusted pace, cardio fitness (VO₂ max), cardiac drift, 5-run trend summary
Cycling: weekly climbing, HR zone distribution, training stress
HIIT: interval count, hard-minute density, latest heart-rate recovery (HRR)
Walking: walking speed and step length with clinical thresholds, streak tracking
Hiking: 10% ramp-rule load warnings, grade-adjusted pace, climbing trends
Studio (yoga / Pilates / barre): per-session next-day HRV so you see which practices actually help recovery
Strength: effort percentage and recovery impact
