Today's Workout (Dashboard)
If you have an active program, the dashboard now shows your workout for today — every exercise, sets, reps, and target weight. Directly from the card you can:

Edit sets, reps, or weight inline
Swap any exercise — let AI pick a replacement or type one yourself
Remove an exercise from today's session
Log Workout — pre-fills the log screen with all exercises ready to go
AI Workout Generator (Pro)
Generate a fully personalised weekly program based on your goal, experience, equipment, and training history
Plans are proposed first — review them on the dashboard before activating
Don't like a plan? Hit ↻ to regenerate with optional text feedback ("more leg volume", "no barbell squats")
Edit the plan manually before validating it
AI Exercise Swap (Pro)
Swap any exercise in today's plan. Choose between:

AI pick — Claude suggests a replacement that fits the day's muscle focus
Type it yourself — manual override
Coach Feedback After Sessions (Pro)
After logging a workout, get AI analysis of your session — headline, coaching note, what to target next, and any new PRs detected.

Edit Your Exercises
Long-press any exercise in the picker to rename it or change its muscle group.

Inline Stats Charts
The stats screen now shows proper line charts with dots, grid lines, and your latest value — instead of bar charts.

Bug Fixes
Sessions now sync to Supabase in real time for Pro users (previously only synced on sign-in)
AI workout function deployed and working
