HOW IT WORKS
Sign up, tell us about your running background, goals, and schedule. Your plan is generated within minutes and pushed directly to your watch. Open Garmin Connect, COROS, Suunto, or Wahoo and your structured workouts are already there — pace targets, intervals, warm-ups, cool-downs, the lot.

WHAT YOU GET
