SMART TRACKING
A tracker built for speed between sets. Previous session numbers stay visible — you always know what to beat. Rest timers start automatically. Supersets, drop sets, warm-ups, and custom exercises all supported. Tag the gym you're training at right from the workout, so every session is tied to where it happened.

SCIENCE-BACKED PROGRAMMING
Programs built on peer-reviewed exercise science. Volume is prescribed within evidence-based thresholds — minimum effective volume to maximum recoverable volume.
