Not training for a race right now? Maintain Fitness is a goal that keeps you sharp between marathons. Choose how hard your quality days should be, and the plan holds your fitness steady instead of chasing a peak.

Aerobic Efficiency joins the Stats tab: one line, week by week, showing whether you're running faster for the same effort. Filter by run type, pick a window from six weeks to a full year, and watch the build instead of guessing at it.

Your week is honest, on Home and in your plan. Move a long run to another day and it still counts where you ran it, and any extra run shows up on the right day and adds to the week's total.

Deleting a run is safe and instant. And if you're new, a clear welcome sets you up from the first launch, so your training starts the moment you finish.
