Chair Strength is a complete seated strength training program — not chair yoga, not gentle stretching, but real exercises that build real muscle. Every workout is guided by professional HD video demonstrations so you can follow along and nail the form, whether you're picking up dumbbells for the first time or getting back to training after time away.

- Auto-Cycling Program — When you finish all 10 sessions, the program resets so you can go again — same exercises, stronger you. Your streaks, stats, and milestones carry over.
