Nira is designed to support the way you live. Short sessions for busy days, longer practices when you have more time, and full programmes if you need structure. You can follow at your own pace, save your favourite classes, and download sessions to use offline. The app also includes a community page where you can share your progress, ask questions, or check in with other practitioners.
