Styrka is a clean, no-nonsense workout tracker built for people who just want to log their lifts and get back to training.

TRACK EVERYTHING
Log sets, reps, and weights for over 100 exercises across Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms, Core, and Cardio. Bodyweight exercises like Pull-Ups and Dips are handled naturally, no awkward workarounds. Time-based exercises like Planks and Treadmill Running track duration in seconds.

Share Your Workouts
After finishing a workout, share a styled summary card to Instagram Stories, messages, or save it to your gallery. Choose between full or summary view, and pick from dark, light, or transparent backgrounds.

Bug Fixes
• Fixed an issue where custom exercises could disappear after restarting the app
• Cardio is no longer shown as a muscle group in the "Most Trained" and "Least Trained" insights
