Breathe is a focused breathing exercise app built around four clinically-backed techniques. No subscriptions. No social features. No distractions — just you and your breath.
Swipe through four breathing patterns, each tagged with its primary benefit:

Box Breathing — 4-4-4-4 rhythm. The go-to for stress relief and mental focus. Used by athletes and military alike.
4-7-8 — A deeply relaxing pattern that slows the nervous system and prepares the body for sleep.
Coherent Breathing — A steady 5-5 rhythm that balances heart rate variability and eases anxiety.
Energizing — A 6-2 pattern with a short exhale that sharpens alertness without caffeine.

Once you start, the screen clears. A single animated circle expands and contracts in sync with your breath. Phase labels and the countdown timer
fade away after a few cycles, leaving only the visual rhythm — so your attention stays on breathing, not the screen.

No account required. No data leaves your device. Sessions and streaks are stored locally. No in-app purchases.
