What's new in 2.8.0 — Personal Records

• Log your personal record (PR) on strength workouts: weight, reps, optional note. Your best lift shows right on the exercise card.
• "Log PR" / "Update PR" chip on the timer screen so you can record a lift mid-set.
• Tap the PR to see your last 5 entries per exercise.
• PRs sync to your account — switch devices or reinstall without losing your records.
• Mobility, stretch, and Zone 2 Walk no longer show the log button (it wasn't relevant there).

Easier on your eyes.

We refreshed the entire app's typography — body text is more comfortable to read, headings have a clearer hierarchy, and no more cramped microcopy on the Evolution path. The new type system follows Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, so the app feels more at home on iPhone.

Plus full support for the system's Larger Text accessibility setting — bump it up in Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size if you want it bigger still.

Fixes a bug where the onboarding walkthrough didn't highlight sections correctly on some Android devices.
