AI WORKOUT PLAN
FitFo generates a full 4-week training schedule based on your body type, fitness level, equipment, and training days. See your day's workout at a glance - session name, focus area, estimated duration, exercise count, and every set mapped out. Rest days get a recovery guide instead: walk, mobility, hydration. Your plan automatically renews every 28 days based on your progress.

DAILY NUTRITION
Every day has a meal plan - and training days get different targets than rest days. Tap into any meal to see every food, its amount, and the full macro breakdown. Check off meals as you eat and watch your calories, protein, carbs, and fat update in real time.

YOUR PERSONAL FIT SCORE
FitFo scores your fitness across five dimensions: Strength, Stamina, Physique, Discipline, and Mobility. Your score updates as you train, with a radar chart showing exactly where you're strong and what needs work.
