Impact 1 Training

Impact 1 Training is a physical, in-person athletic development facility focused on building confidence, strength, and character in kids ages 6–18 in the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale & Phoenix, AZ). This app is a companion tool designed to help members and families manage their real-world training experience.

All training, coaching, and programs offered by Impact 1 Training take place at the facility. The app provides a convenient way to organize and access everything related to those in-person services.

Every session at Impact 1 follows a proven, structured framework designed for long-term athletic and character development:

• Dynamic Warm-Up — Core activation, mobility work, and neuromuscular preparation to prevent injury and prime the body for explosive movement.

• Speed & Agility — Teaching kids to move efficiently with correct running mechanics, change-of-direction footwork, and reaction training.

• Strength & Power — Functional strength using age-appropriate body weight and resistance exercises that build balance, core stability, and body control.

The Impact 1 Training app does not provide digital training content. It supports and enhances the in-person athletic development experience offered at the Impact 1 facility.
