Built for families — real parental controls:

Dubbed was built so parents can hand their kid a tracker without worrying about what's waiting on the other side.

• PIN-locked parental gate. Set a 4-digit PIN once, and every restriction below stays locked. A "Forgot PIN" reset requires Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode — no tapping around it.

• Content rating ceiling. Clamp every catalog result to a chosen MAL rating: G (all ages), PG, PG-13, R-17, R+ (mild nudity), or Rx (no limit). Anything above the ceiling is filtered out of browsing and search.

• Hide any title, permanently. Long-press any anime or manga card to hide it from the entire app — even if it clears the rating filter.

• Feed off-switch. Disable Chirashi feed entirely and the social tab disappears from the tab bar. Dubbed becomes a purely offline collection tracker.

• No DMs, no comments. The only way to interact with a friend's activity is a single heart tap. There is no chat system, no inbox.

• No public discovery. Friends are added by exact handle only, with a request-and-approval step before anything is shared.

• Photos are always private and not sharable - they belong to the user alone to track and log.

• Ghost mode. Hide your profile from everyone in one toggle. Custom visibility lets you reveal only what you choose.

• Factory-off sharing. Nothing publishes to your feed unless you explicitly turn it on.

• No ads. No data selling. Dubbed+ is the only in-app purchase, sold through the App Store with Family Sharing supported.
