Description
Radia is a simple, device-agnostic way to track your red light therapy sessions.
If you already own a red light panel, mask, or wrap — Joovv, Mito Red, PlatinumLED, Bon Charge, or any other brand — Radia helps you actually do the work: start a session, pick the body area, save it, keep your streak going.
No phone-screen gimmicks. No hardware lock-in. Just a clean timer, a record of what you did, and the data to prove to yourself it's working.
WHAT RADIA DOES
• Start a session. Pick the body area — Face, Chest, Back, Arms, Legs, Joints, Full Body, or Other.
• Time your session with a clean, distraction-free timer.
• Save it. Rate how it felt. Add notes.
• Watch your streak build up, day by day.
• Browse your full history, filtered by body area.
• Get a gentle daily reminder if you want one.
RADIA PRO — pay once, no subscription
Unlock with a one-time purchase:
• Before and after photos on every session. See real visual change over weeks.
• Multiple device profiles. Track different panels, masks, or wraps separately. Set each device's irradiance to see total dose in joules per cm² automatically.
• Home Screen widget. Your week at a glance, always visible.
• Export your full history to CSV. Drop it into a spreadsheet, Notion, or anywhere.
• Support a solo developer building indie apps.
No subscription. No "lite" forever-trial. No nags. You pay once and the features are yours.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most red light therapy apps either use your phone screen as a "light source" (a phone can't emit therapeutic wavelengths — the physics don't work) or are locked to one specific brand's hardware.
Radia is for the rest of us. Anyone who already owns real red light gear and wants a clean way to track what they're doing with it.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Local-first. Your sessions live on your device and sync privately across your own iPhones via iCloud. No accounts. No servers of ours. No third-party analytics. No ads. No trackers.
Optional Apple Health integration logs each session as a mindful minute if you want your RLT practice to show up alongside meditation and breathwork.
A NOTE ON PHOTOBIOMODULATION
Red light therapy (also called photobiomodulation, PBM, or near-infrared therapy) is not a medical device and Radia is not a medical app. Radia is a simple logging tool — it doesn't make treatment claims, it doesn't dose you, it doesn't replace professional medical advice. It helps you remember what you did and when.
