Tune each layer with simple controls. Save favorites and presets. Use the sleep timer when you want audio to fade out. Set a wake alarm with a gentle in-app fade.

Ambient Audio also includes optional sleep tools. Track nights. Add notes and tags. Record sleep audio when you choose. Review sleep score, snore patterns, trends, and Apple Health sleep stages when permission is granted.

You can also record or import your own sounds. Custom audio stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
