This update brings overnight stress to the Stress chart, scored from your heart rate and HRV across the night, so sleep reads as real Low, Moderate, and Elevated time instead of a flat band. Sleep Stages get a cleaner layout with each stage's typical range marked, the daily step goal is now a simple picker, and "last night" sleep reads consistently across the app.
