Amble: Walking App for Seniors

A walking app specifically made for older adults and seniors. Gentle and easy to use. Amble counts your steps, sends a daily reminder, and keeps a one-tap SOS button ready.

A GOAL MADE FOR YOU

Most walking apps hand everyone the same generic step target — usually one designed for a 25-year-old. Amble asks a few short questions when you first set up: your age range, how you usually get around (on your own, with a cane, with a walker), how active you've been recently. From your answers we suggest a daily goal that's realistic for you, drawing on research about what's healthy and achievable at different stages of life. You can change it any time.

Almost everything stays on your iPhone. We don't have user accounts. We don't run advertising. We don't share your data with anyone. Step counts come from Apple Health and never leave your device. Your emergency contact's information is stored locally.

Try Amble free for 7 days. After the trial, Amble is $24.99 per year — about $2.08 a month. There is also a monthly subscription for just $2.99 (without a free trial). Cancel any time. Family Sharing is supported, so a single subscription covers everyone in your family group.
