EFFECTS
• Candle — a soft amber breathing flame
• Fireplace — deeper red with the occasional bright pop
• 4-7-8 Breathing — inhale 4s, hold 7s, exhale 8s, with the brightness gently rising and falling
• Starfield — quiet drifting points of light over the colour

SLEEP TIMER

• Final 30 seconds gradient-dim to nothing
