Pair the sensor, complete the workout, climb the Odin's Hall of Warriors and compare yourself against athletes in your own age and gender cohort.

THE 90-DAY VIKING PROGRAM

Daily structured workouts that take you from beginner to ranked warrior, organized the way a special-ops mission is run - infiltrate, execute, exfil:

- Mobility - primer for every session
- Battle Block - strength and power circuits

The challenge workout. Costs 2,500 Berserker Bucks per entry. Earn Berserker Bucks by completing any hammer session or hitting a personal record, or buy a pack when you want to skip the grind.


THE RAVEN HAMMER SENSOR
