Screen-Free Time replaces restriction with motivation. Instead of just limiting screen time, it gives teens a real reason to put the phone down: earn points for time spent away from the screen, and put every point toward a reward you actually chose.

A short guided intro shows you around before you even sign in, then asks whether you're the teen or the parent — so from the very first tap, the app takes you straight to the experience built for your role.

HOW IT WORKS
- Pick one goal — choose a reward to work toward. Every point goes there until you change your mind.
- Earn it, screen-free — reading, sports, time outside, creating, and more all count. Log a real activity or run a live timer.
- Ask, and a parent approves — reach your goal, request to redeem, and a parent gives the final okay right from their own dashboard.

FOR TEENS
A bright, energetic app that's actually yours. Choose a Growth Journey — Athlete, Musician, or Nature — and watch your progress move through real stages as your consistency builds (or stall out if it doesn't). A real PIN keeps your side private, badges and streaks track your consistency, and a mountain-climb visual shows your screen-free time adding up over the long run. Helpful on-screen tips walk you through Home, Rewards, your Journey, and your Profile the first time you visit each one — then get out of your way.

FOR PARENTS
A calm, clear dashboard answering the only two questions that matter: what has my teen been doing, and how close are they to their goal. Weekly minutes, daily average, best day, and an estimated pace — all from real activity, not a guess. Guided tips introduce your Dashboard, the Reward Studio, and Settings the first time through. You can always see your teen's PIN if they forget it, and approvals are one tap away.
